RESUMate Manager is a report writing and analysis tool that works hand-in-hand with the Professional version of RESUMate. It extracts data describing job orders and interviews right from your database and assembles this data into a variety of one-click management reports.
RESUMate Manager is an optional add-on product available for the Pro version of RESUMate 11 .
Whether you're responsible for a contingency or retained search firm, a staffing agency, or an internal recruiting operation within a large organization, RESUMate Manager is your 1-click report tool providing the answers you need to manage your operation.
There are three different report "styles" in RESUMate Manager, each serving a specific purpose.
The Status report tells you where you are now.
1-click displays a summary of:
- Active jobs
- Active candidates on those jobs, showing all important dates: submittal date, phone interview date, face to face interview dates, offer dates, acceptance dates
The Summary Report tells you how you got here.
1-click displays these critical counts (by recruiter, and for any time period you choose)
- job orders opened
- candidates submitted
- phone interviews
- 1st interviews
- 2nd interviews
- Offers
- Acceptances
- Start dates

Activity Reports provide audit trails for any of the numbers you see in the Summary report.
For any of the items listed in the Summary report, (job orders opened, candidates submitted, interviews, etc., see the complete detail behind each number.
See a comprehensive report covering the entire office, or limit the report to show just the activity for one or more recruiters within the office. Specify the report to cover any time period of your choosing, such as the previous six months, or just the last two weeks, etc.
