The Lite version of RESUMate 10 is applicant tracking software that creates and manages a searchable database of candidates. Candidate records can be created completely automatically from resumes contained in e-mail messages, or from any text file, such as a Word .doc file. Once the resumes are in your database, you can search them using any criteria you like. A built in calendar makes it easy to schedule and plan calls. For users of Outlook, an e-mail log will quickly display all of your messages to and from any candidate in your database.
