RESUMate Lite is applicant tracking software that creates and manages a searchable database of candidates. Candidate records can be created completely automatically from resumes contained in e-mail messages, or from any other text source, such as Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF files. Once the resumes are in your database, you can search them using any criteria you like. A built in calendar makes it easy to schedule and plan calls.
