Easily turn your resume files in to searchable database records - save time and money with Import Express
If you have hundreds of resume documents sitting in folders or email attachments, Import Express is the tool for you. Easily create database system records that can be searched, edited and tracked.
Import Express is a valuable addition to both of our RESUMate versions: RESUMate Lite and RESUMate Professional.
With Import Express you can select hundreds of resumes in Windows or Outlook folders and automatically create individual RESUMate database records that can easily be searched and updated.
- Automatically fill RESUMate with database records from resumes in e-mail or hard drive folders.
- Import Express allows you to select several hundred resumes at once and convert them into searchable database records in RESUMate Lite or RESUMate Pro.
- Highly accurate - 75-80% of your records will import correctly. Due to multiple formats used by candidates, imported data sometimes requires manual editing, but all records and data (including keywords) can immediately be used for searching.
- The full text of each original resume is stored in a memo attachment for reference.
- Import Express inserts a question mark (?) reminder as the first character of the Last Name field to tell you if a real person has ever reviewed the record for accuracy.
- Records imported from Word documents or other text files, including e-mail attachments, can store the original file and link it to the new record. Users can modify and e-mail the original resume directly from RESUMate 2005.
Both RESUMate Lite and RESUMate Pro work with Import Express. You can download our demo and see for yourself just how quickly Import Express can convert resumes into searchable database records. The demo version is limited to 5 records per batch, the real program can convert several hundred records per batch.
